Like most other holiday destinations, employment here tends to be seasonal and based around the tourism industry...bars, restaurants, nightclubs etc. In Cala Millor and Cala Bona they start recruiting staff for the summer months around April/May, so try and come a few weeks early.

It's a good idea to come here for a two week holiday around that time and try and find work and accommodation. If you can’t find anything, you can just use the return portion of your ticket.

Remember, if you do find a job they'll expect you to work! Going out partying all night and coming in late the next day often results in dismissals.
